John Pearce Royal Munster Fusiliers

Help please.

John Pearce 5575 was killed in Gallipoli in 1915, he is on the Helles memorial. There is a reference to him formerly being in The Wilts Regt under No; 13141. I cant find any information on the Wilts service, would anyone know if any exists for this soldier?

If I have the right John he appears to have been born in Putney.

There is an entry for a John Pearce born 1882 in Putney in the Surrey Recruitment Registers.
He attested at Richmond  for the Wiltshire Regiment ( no number given) on 7 Sep 1914.

Thank you Cathy and Shaun, This looks like the same soldier. The Putney and RMF connection are right.
Could I ask where I can access the Surrey recruitment registers?
