Occupant Norwood House, 30 Pedder Street Morecambe

I am trying  to find out the full name of a Miss Scarth who according to the Yorkshire Evening News July 1914 was running apartments at Norwood House, 30 Pedder Street, Morecambe. I do know that Scarth’s certainly lived in Morecambe at one time.

It is possible that she is Jane Elizabeth Scarth b Morley 1876 died 1957 d of Joseph and Sarah  it’s of whom died in that area

Is there any possibly of checking the occupants of that address please ?

1911 census has Anna Eunice Scarth - Lodging Housekeeper - single - aged 34 in Morecambe = BUT the address is given as 42a Regent Road, Morecambe.

Numerous newspaper advertisements dated 1914 refer to her as Miss Scarth (from Morley).
