Sarah's surname looks like Benning, its very squiggly writing and partially covered by the stamp.
Your attached document does not show Sarah's name unfortunately.

"Can you please clarify exactly what is written on the death certificate about the mother Sarah?
Do you see both names Browning and Benning, or do you see one surname only?
If you can attach a clip of just her name it would be good."

1850 census just shows the 3 Perry's and his wife isn't listed, but neither are Mary Ann's other children Frederick or Margaret.

Charles Perry's wife died in Dec 1869. Her death certificate gives time in USA as 20 years and time in New York as 20 years. That puts arrival in 1849 (1 yr after marriage in England.) Her son Charles was born in NY in 1851.

Starting to narrow it down then.
Incidentally, Barnett died in 1869 yet on the 1865 census Charles has a new wife, Berenetta.

Same wife - Berenetta is Barnett.
