Part of marriage certificate help
« on: Thursday 14 March 24 21:00 GMT (UK) »
My ancestor kept this marriage certificate, it was not his, he felt it was important to him but since his death in 1940, over the years it has clearly been ripped and the remaining pieces are missing.

I am trying to work out who it belonged to. The woman seems to have been Dixon, 30, Widow: the male is 33, bachelor and something maker.

Can anyone help me with the males occupation and date the writing style?

Any tips or opinions welcomed.

Thank you
