Birth - Marie Catherine Pelargie Defrance, Neslette, 1756

I have found the above birth, and am wondering if she is the child of Jean Defrance's first wife, who was Marie Madelaine Dulier (Dallier), as he had a child of the same name with his second wife, Marie Françoise (Magdelaine) Delmart (or Delamarre)

Could I have a transcription/translation please.

Le neuvieme iour de novembre 1756 je cure’ de la paroisse de st martin de nelette ay marie’ solemnelement Louis toussaint coubert fils des deffuncts Louis Coubert et de marie jeanne halette garçon age’ de vint ans, nayant ni tuteur ny curateur d’une part et de marie anne le cul fille des deffuncts  claude le cul et de marie rabouille d’autre part, de cette paroisse, apres que les fiancailles  ont etes celebrees et les trois bans publies par trois dimanches consecutives selon l’usage de l’eglise et ont les parties fait leur croix ne sachant ny lire ny écrire et les temoins susnommes sign’e lee present acte avec moi les iour et an susdits.

On the ninth day of November 1756, I, the parish priest of St. Martin de Neslette, solemnly married Louis Toussaint Coubert, son of the late Louis Coubert and Marie Jeanne Halette, a young man of twenty years, who had neither a guardian nor a curator, to Marie Anne Le Cul, daughter of the late Claude Le Cul and Marie Rabouille, from this parish. After the engagement had been celebrated and the three banns published on three consecutive Sundays, as per the church’s custom, the parties made their mark, as they were unable to read or write. The witnesses named above signed this present document with me on the specified day and year.

On the 19th day of September 1756, I, the undersigned parish priest of St. Martin de Neslette, baptised Marie Catherine Pelagie de France. She was born in legitimate marriage to Louis Jean de France and Marie Catherine Patoalet, her father and mother. Nicolas Hebert stood as her godfather, and Anne Le Comte as her godmother. They both signed this present document with us on the specified day and year.
