How to get a new post marked as ‘New’ on RC

I’ve posted recently some new questions on RC which appear immediately but without the description ‘New’, and grateful for any advice on how to make my new posts stand out in this way.

They are 'new' to the person viewing the list of posts on the home page if that person hasn't previously viewed them. Since you wrote the posts they won't appear as new to you, but will to the rest of us.
