I think the first two words are probably "Hearse Keep[er]".  I'm not sure about the third word, which seems to begin with "M".

A Charles Stent is listed at South Street, Worthing, in an 1855 directory as running the Nelson commercial inn and being a fly proprietor (which I suppose was a one-horse hackney carriage and seems to support the hearse theory - or is it only hearsay?

Addendum: Dare I add to this the suggestion that "Hearse" may have been incorrectly spelt?
