Thank you for your help and yes it looks as though Charles Francis has disowned Agnes Laura and George Francis. I found it strange that he had stated how long he had been married and he was a widower because some of the 1911 census info doesn't state the marriage time for a widow/widower.
I have now found Ivy Theophilus Evans birth, marriage and death and will spend some thime researching Evans marriages between 1902-1911, that will be fun  :)

I tried all sorts of spelling alternatives even used Tu****r didn't even consider Turnes but thank you for you help  :)
