1851 census - this might be Sarah Cooper (informant) in St Peter Mancroft. Born 1800 in Bedingham. She's a widow. Occupation: Nurse.

Hi
Thanks for the information .
Well Francis & Kezia had a daughter Sarah baptized  18 January 1797 Bedingham & a burial 29 Jan at Bedingham.  So maybe this was not their child .... will have to look at entry & see if there is anymore information.
Francis & Kezia have a son Joseph born Dec 1799 died Sept 1800, then their next child was Kezia born 1805 so there could be another child in etween. So this Sarah Cooper could be thier daughter!!
Many thanks for your help

Sarah Cooper who reported his death is probably his daughter.

This is looking very likely. Sarah Elven, baptised 1797. How odd, though, that informant Sarah wasn't described as "daughter" on the 1845 death cert.

1851 marriage (Norwich)
Sarah Cooper to Henry Tilney

1860 marriage (Norwich)
Sarah Tilney (widow, age 56, nurse) to William Marsham. Spouse's father: Francis Elvin

Norfolk News

"On Sunday last, at New Lakenham, in the 67th year of her age, Sarah Marsham, many years nurse to the late Dr. Lubbock, of this city".

Older newspaper report:

Saturday 10 December 1842
Norfolk Chronicle

Tragic Occurrence, CROOKS PLACE
"... to send for the nurse employed Dr. Lubbock to attend the deceased. A good deal of discussion took place in the mean time. Sarah Cooper having been sent for and brought into the room, was sworn, and stated I am one of Dr. Lubbock's nurses..."

Looks like Edward Lubbock, Esq MD died in March 1847.
"The Late Dr. Lubbock. Edward Lubbock, the subject of the following notice, was the vounger son of Richard Lubbock, , Esq., M.D., who for many years practised with unusual celebrity in Norwich. His early education was received the Free Grammar School, ..."

Thank you very much. Yes i agree it does look like Francis & Kezia's Sarah.
So looks like she married 3 times. Will have to try and find the first one.

Many Thanks for your time.

See Reply #7 on page 1 for the most likely 1st marriage for Sarah (courtesy of amondg).
Also, you keep referring to "Francis and Kezia" as her parents. From the 1786 to 1805 baptisms I've seen, the parents are Francis and Susan/Susannah (nee Hunt). Keziah was their daughter, baptised in 1805.
