Trying to find if the above had any siblings and who her parents were?
Elizabeth born in Carlisle then went to school in Hawick.
All I know is she married Martin Jardine 1890 Hawick.

The marriage is available to view for a small fee on Scotlandspeople which will give you the names of her parents

Have seen a few possible census records
Good chance her father was David Johnstone
Mother Elizabeth Jardine

Marriage certificate should confirm

Yes I believe that’s them. I’ve just tired to juggle my mother in lawns memory and she asked her younger brother and he confirmed he recalls the surname Jardine of the mother.
