Here she is in 1911

Marriage

Marriages Mar 1905   (>99%)
COOPER    Emily        Sunderland    10a   810
Donaldson    Francis        Sunderland    10a   810

30th of December is not her birthday. See 1939 register
I can’t see an image of the marriage online, but if it was registered 1st qtr 1905 there is a possibility the ceremony was 30th Dec 1904.   You would have to buy the cert to find out.

Marriages are registered on the day of the event ( unlike births/deaths) so should always appear in the index of the quarter in which the wedding happened.

This may be Emily with her parents and siblings in 1891.

Living at 9, Normanby Street, Sunderland, Durham

Parents Samuel and Elizabeth and eight siblings.  Samuel's occupation is dock crane man.

Emily's birth:-

COOPER, EMILY       PEACOCK
GRO Reference: 1883  J Quarter in SUNDERLAND  Volume 10A  Page 703

This is just a possibility.  As has been said, obtaining Emily's marriage certificate would give her father's name and therefore confirm if the above is correct.
