German translation help
« on: Friday 22 March 24 04:24 GMT (UK) »
Hi everyone,
Sorry not sure if this is the correct heading to post under. I've found a death record thanks to the help of others in the forum, but I don't understand German and am having a hard time deciphering the handwriting to put into translate.
If anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated!

Perhaps her husband was this man

"1834 erbaut der Zimmermeister Steinau für 999 Taler die Holzbrücke in Nikolaiken. "

1834 the master carpenter Steinau built the wooden bridge in Nilolaiken for 999 Taler

From a time line of Sensburg.

Thank you so much for translating that for me!

That's very interesting about the bridge as well.
