William Young is a common name and there are a couple I could choose from. Who were William's parents? I think Ann's parents were William Watt and Agness Greenfield.
Ann had a brother Gordon but did she also have a sister Isobel?

Hi
The marriage has two witnesses
Peter Young for the groom and Peter Frisker for the bride. William Young and Ann Watts 6.6.1794 . Both of this parish.

Going on that I'd assume his parents were Peter Young and Helen Purves ,like William, Peter was a hind.

Peter and Helen's children at Innerwick -
Helen 3.7.1763 of Horseknow
Isabel 9.2.1766 of Horseknow
James 16.7.1769
Alexander 11.10.1772

William's christening seems to be at Dunbar 27.7.1760 where father has turned from Peter to Patrick and mother is Helen Purves.
Peter Young and Helen Purves married at Dunbar 1.5.1759

It looks like Peter was buried at Innerwick 17 Sep 1805 and Helen 2.10.1812.

And the Watts you probably already have-
Isobel Oldhamstacks 29.2.1772
Ann born 15 Nov bapt 27th 1773 at Dunbar ,William a butcher and Agnes Greenfield
Gordon 21.5.1777 bapt 3rd June of Gateside William Watt and Agnes Greenfield Innkeeper
There is also a William Watt merchant and Agnes Arthur who do have a daughter Agnes in 1771.

William  Wait married Agnes Greenfield 16.11.1770 at Oldhamstocks.

If we use Gordon watts as a clue I'd go for parents of William Wait/Watts as William Watts and Isabel Masson and a baptism 22.5.1745 .But that's just because brother Gordon was baptised 3.7.1743 at Dunbar.

Hope that helps
