Not seeing a death for him - what year was he born?

I can see possible marriages for him.

He appears on electoral register in Barrow.

Birth year 1934. 
Hinchliffe - Huddersfield Wiltshire
Burroughs - Arlingham Glos
Pick - Frocester Glos

No sorry this is just a basic death index entry.

You would have to contact the nearest church/cemetery to where he died to see if they hold any records for him.

Yes they give the address

The Barrow one for Dennis was

1 Cedar Crescent for 2011 - 2016

Same address for 2003 - 2010
