Rosie,
thanks for that!
Yet another difficult bunch of aristocrats who chose different names depending on their mood or gongs!

True,  I had seen that and other mentions of his probable relations with similar names.  Is she related to you, Frances Geils

Looking at the image on Ancestry (Bristol, England, Non-Conformist Baptism, Marriage and Burial Registers, 1644-1981: Roman Catholic, Clifton, Pro-Cathedral of the Holy Apostles), I would read the written entry as

Franciscum Anzamo Buonaventurani Zondadari Chigi

Probably should be Anzano, not Anzamo.

Despite the newspaper, it is definitely written Zondadari, not Yondadari (there is no Y in the Italian alphabet).

Is this him? Or at least his family?

FreeBMD has him listed as Francesco Anzano Buonaventura Zondadari and she is listed as Frances Clotilde Geils and also listed under Dickinson.  However there are two notes attached to the enter.

Note 1: Frances Clotilde GEILS nee DICKINSON (widow) married The Very Rev. Gilbert ELLIOT Dean of Bristol

Note: 2: The Frances Dickinson who married Dean Elliot (Q4 1863 Keynsham 5c 1293) was the divorced mother of Frances Clotilde who had resumed her maiden name. Frances Clotilde Geils married Francesco Anzano Buonaventura Zondadari CHIGI at Clifton 5 Feb 1863

Many thanks to you all and especially BOOKBOX for going to the Italian Wiki  which includes the name of his British wife, "Consort   Francesca Geils"
https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bonaventura_Chigi_Zondadari

And GAM YAM for sorting out the previous marriages and her birthname.

I will now have to brush-up on the old Italian Kingdoms and Royalty.

I was puzzled by the Latinized marriage record as I had only previously found these in the Roman Catholic Church.  Perhaps it is also used in the very High Anglican Church too?  Old habits die hard!

The marriage was in the Roman Catholic Pro-Cathedral in Clifton - as shown in my reply #4 above.
