Matthew's and Thompson

I am looking for relatives for the Matthew's family in Amble who moved from
Newburn.  Also the Thompson family from Newcastle.

As Girl Guide has said - more info is needed.  To help you understand why - the 1911 census for Northumberland has 523 entries for the surname Matthews but a whopping 8,137 for the surname Thompson 😱😱

The 1939 register shows 467 & 7595 respectively
