Differences in Scottish and English Divorce law in 1850s.

Whilst exploring this divorce I came across these interesting differences in Scottish and English approaches to these processes in the 1850s.
As I have no knowledge or experience of Latin legal terms and jargon, this article is difficult to follow but I try again in the morning!
