Just noticed the banner at the top of the page as I had to login for the second time today:

Is that just for new Subscribers? 

My sub has lapsed and they are only offering me 20%.

I don't think it's new subscribers only because I had to logout to see the offer.  If I clicked the banner while logged in, it told me I was already on the highest sub (or words to that effect).

When the offer was on for 40% in January, I contacted customer service and told them I was not a little peeved that as a 'loyal' customer who has had a sub for years without a break I was to pay more for my renewal in March than someone who wasn't.

I had a reply to say they were sorry I was not happy and the 40% discount had been applied to my account. It renewed at the amended amount of £119.99  a few days ago.

Hi,
as it happens, my subscription expires on April 6th. Usually, I take a break from researching during the summer months, but as I'm not convinced that even spring has arrived I thought this latest FindMyPast offer would be ideal, 3 months full access, super.
But it doesn't seem possible to simply extend my sub without paying full price.
Is there a way around this, apart from creating a new identity?
