 Hello and thank you for your Interest and help. So pleased I asked about Julia .

 Yes Julia Isum nee Castles died in England not Ireland  and was either visiting or living with her daughter Julia  and family in Barrow in Furness at the time of her death. She died age 69 on 26 January 1883 at their home 1 Teasdale road Walney Barrow in Furness . Her son in law George Allport was the informant . The Allport  family  have further postings in England  before returning to Cork Ireland . George and Julia Allport died in Courtmacsherry Co Cork  ( Julia 1912 and George 1913) .

Her son in law George Allport was the informant . The Allport  family  have further postings in England  before returning to Cork Ireland . George and Julia Allport died in Courtmacsherry Co Cork  ( Julia 1912 and George 1913) .

...and here they are in the 1911 census with their daughter Laura M Allport, born in South Wales.

George and Julia Allport arrived back in Ireland before the 1901 census of 31 March.
House 3 in Crosshaven Village (Templebrady, Cork).

Selina Allport married Frank Warren on 2 July 1896. Frank a lance corporal  in the Royal Engineers stationed at Fort Camden, Crosshaven. Selina living at the Coastguard Station, Crosshaven. Her father George the Chief Officer of H M Coastguard.
