Sorry unable to attach details but here is more information. Church baptism records dated 1st March 1807 show at Donagh St Salvators Church Of Ireland a child Thomas born to Father Andrew Esq Crawford and Mother Isabella Crawford. The mystery here is that I cannot confirm the child Thomas born 1807 is my Great Great Grandfather father of Joseph,William Thomas and Thomas Crawford  Dotsy

Where and when were your Joseph, William Thomas and Thomas born?
Do you have any marriage details, census details for any of the brothers?

This is the information I deleted earlier.
I can see a published tree re Joseph Crawford, birth 1853, Dundee, Scotland.
Parents shown as Thomas Crawford and Jane Davis.
Joseph is a Tailor and emigrates to Canada.
Is this your family?

Where do you have his parents named?
Some trees show Joseph b 1853, others 1843.
There are two marriages shown, one in 1864 so that would exclude the 1853 birth.
Monaghan is also a possible birth place.

Joseph baptised 17th May 1844   Thomas 8th July 1838  and William Thomas on 20th June 1841.All at Ballybay Church of Ireland. The only marriage details I have are Joseph Crawford married Elizabeth Campbell on  10th April 1894 and went to Canada in 1911.The missing link is Thomas Crawford /Jane Davis  were they the parents of my Great grandfather Joseph and his brothers. Also if he was my relation were Andrew and Isabella his parents

Sorry - I am just trying to clarify this.
Do those baptisms give the parents as Thomas Crawford and Jane Davis?
It”s just that you seem to be seeking confirmation of this?
Does Joseph’s marriage to Elizabeth Campbell give his parents?

From transcriptions - is this him?
1871, St Andrew, Angus
Joseph Crawford, born abt 1845, a Tailor b ‘Monachan’ is living with three young children and Eliza Jane McClelland.
She later marries and can be found with the 3 Crawford children later.

I don’t see him in 1881

1891
Joseph b 1854, Tailor b Dundee with spouse Elizabeth and children
1901 Joseph b 1844 , Dundee with Elizabeth and more children

Thanks for your response. You are right   when checking the Marriage Certificate of Joseph and Elizabeth Campbell it shows his father as Thomas Crawford   a Tailor  deceased  and Mother as Jane Crawford  Maiden surname Davis    Deceased. The last link is who  were Thomas,s  Parents.I could not prove that Andrew Crawford esg of Trough Lodge was his father.Dotsy

It is difficult with them being Church of Ireland and records not online.
From what I recall about Andrew Crawford, it seems unlikely that his son would be a tailor.
There are other rootschatters who have more expertise here and hopefully they will pop by to help.
