In Ireland the equivalent would be the Church of Ireland. Unfortunately many of their pre-1880s registered were destroyed in 1920s after being sent to Dublin for safekeeping.
On FreeBMD I can see Dinnen births registered from 1843 onwards so the surname is certainly found in England (there will be earlier records like the baptisms you found, etc.)

You really do need to try and find the 1851 census record in England to see what's given as Andrew's place of birth as suggested here and on previous thread.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

Not finding an Andrew, brass founder & Isabella Dinnan on 1851 census in Hampshire  ???

There is this entry BUT completely wrong first names  ??? Posting because of the address and not sure about the transcribed surname either so have added a snippet  ???

Arundel Street, Portsea, Portsea Island, Hampshire
Augustus Driver Head 1787 Super'd brass founder Liverpool, Lancashire
Abigail Wife 1789 Liverpool, Lancashire
Ann   Dau 1824   Portsea, Hampshire
Caroline Dau 1829 Portsea, Hampshire
1851c Piece number 1659 Folio 371 Page 11

Trying to locate this family on 1841 or 1861 census  :-\

Great find, Ladyhawk. Looked for ages previously.
The daughters’ names fit.

Great find, Ladyhawk. Looked for ages previously.
The daughters’ names fit.

But the Christian names of neither parent do, and nor does the surname.

Three discrepancies.

You are right of course.
Daughter Caroline is referred to elsewhere as Caroline Augusta so I was thinking that was a connection and this quote from the other thread re Andrew’s death and the address as Ladyhawk mentions too. I will post this latest information on that thread.

Pity that Andrew and Isabella can't be found in the 1851 census. That census record would help confirm Andrew's birthplace.

When Andrew died in 1853 wife Isabella's address was 3, Lower Arundel Street, Landport, Portsea.
