I've just found a marriage for an Edna M Woods to an Arthur Kebble in Spalding in 1946

He could have been admitted to hospital in London and died there.

Could this be the death for the 1879 Islington birth

Probably as we know my Herbert was still alive in 1963.

Mr & Mrs A. Kebble,, son in law and daughter mentioned as one of the mourners. Also Edna Kebble, daughter, in Elizabeths death notice.

Thank you very much for helping me piece it all together. I don't like to take things as gospel from other's trees without trying to trace a reason why they might be so. My 2nd cousin said she'd copied it off another tree and didn't know why.
