There is a Mary Hooper buried in Wolverhampton, 25 August 1835.
But her age is 1.

Likely she was the daughter of John (miner/labourer) and Hannah.
Children in Wolverhampton, John, 1828-1829, Elizabeth, 1829-1831, Elizabeth, 1832-?, Mary 1834-1835

Who were they?
And what happened to Francis's Mary, wife of John?

Abode on the burial of Elizabeth Hooper in Tipton in 1825 was New Row, which may not be particularly helpful.

I know my Mary Hooper likely died before 1841, since John is with his daughter in 1841. The 1835 is definitely not my Mary in that case. Has anyone considered the 1850 marriage in Wolverhampton to Arthur Seary/Leary? I haven't been able to track down the person in this marriage but it seems promising

I wondered about that marriage too but couldn’t get anywhere with it.  Maybe others can.

Well done Rosie so we can definitely rule that marriage out.
