Hi I am trying to find out more information about a Denis William Michael  b in pancras London 1931 died in Hereford 2005

He dis service in the army in Malaysia??, caught malaria there

Where can I find if any record of his service

When we're Britain involved in a campaign in Malaysia/ malaya fighting terrorism there  ??

At his funeral the British legion were in attendance

There are no service records online from that era. You can apply for a copy though. You’ll need to provide the person’s full name, date of birth, and service number, if you know it.
You do not have to provide a death certificate "But without one, information may be withheld ".
