Fanny Ruby BARROW married Harry Goldberg age 17
I think too young to be birth mother of Frances Mansfield but not ruling it out .

On the 1891 census Francis Mansfield
Is recorded as daughter but she is on bottom line under the servant girl below Harry Goldsberg

In 1901 she is recorded as niece
So now I have to check out Amelia Barrow nee RULE s siblings

Big news ...there are 2  DNA links to  descendants of Amelia Minnie Barrow1868
Daughter of Amelia RULE

Earlier census she's with husband Robert BARROW

Would this make sense?

21 Feb.1887- baby girl born in Rotunda Hospital, Dublin. Father- George Mansfield, grocer's asst., with address given as 6 Montgomery St.. Mother- Frances _ (could her 'maiden' name be Walden or Wallen which was misheard from Waldron?
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1887/02572/1951004.pdf
Couple go back to England, baby cared for perhaps by Amelia Barrow
June? 1887- George Daniel Mansfield, green grocer, married Frances Alice Waldron (both age 22) at Edgehill, Lancs?

More to post but want opinions first please.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

Thanks again .
I will plod through this information and see what I can rule in or out

The Barrows led interesting lives
Amelia Minnie Barrow married a man who changed his name 3 time
She was in and out of workhouse when he deserted her

DNA match has connection  thru youngest daughter Martha(B. Isaacs)
1911 married to frank Randell their
Daughter June Randell was grandmother to the match

The other match is a granddaughter of eldest daughter Rebecca 1900 who married Robert George Smith.

.

Yes I came across a married Frances Mansfield who was in jail for larceny 1 month

From the records I have posted, I think Alice Barrow may have used the name Frances.
