I don’t have an android phone, so this may be a rubbish idea, but do you have an address/contacts book on the phone?  Have you checked you have the correct address set for yourself.

Ah, I think I have solved the problem.  I added myself to my contacts on the computer and then went to my phone and sent a picture.  Lo and behold it sends it to the .co.uk address.

Your remark mckha made me check my contacts list on the computer and I didn't have my outlook address on there.
