Hi All,
I am slowly being buried by piles of records and information and wondered if you could recommend a Genealogy Programme for my Widows 10 PC.
I feel it doesn't need to be over complicated and relatively easy to use but have all the normal functions, if that's possible.

Unfortunately there are as many different opinion as there are software programs.

Try the various programs - all of the current Windows based programs will run on a Windows 10 PC.
and find one that you are comfortable with - many offer either a trial period or cut down versions for a trial or there are even free programs.

I have a Windows 10 laptop, on which I run RootsMagic 9 (and 7!).
RootsMagic Essentials is a free download of the cut-down version. If you like it very easy to upgrade to the full version.

Simple.  Free from jdcox software.  I use it as well as ANCESTRIS which is also FREE and though French in origin it is European in style.
