Is it at ground level?  Maybe it needs raising up a bit but hope you can sort it out.

Hi folks, firstly thanks for time and kindness helping me out with security camera :) i now have problem solved i hope, if not i will take advice and delete app then re-install it!!

Glad you are sorted.

A bit more info for you, these Security Cameras can be screwed if the WifFi is dropped.

I have Virgin Media and despite relay boosters my WiFi can disappear, only to reappear.

This on occasions has caused my Security Cameras to loose the signal and they need reinstalling.

So if you experience issues again do check on the signal strength of your WiFi

will check that out when grandson give's security camera settings at weekend.

If anyone is thinking about a Security Camera then please do your homework.

Many are HD with pretty poor nighttime performance which is when you want it at its best.

Then there is the monthly subscription which for a certain make and model has just jumped up considerably in cost.

Other cameras are available with 3k or 4k resolution and IMO these are the ones to consider first.

Some are subscription free with the video footage being stored on the device or in a hub inside the house.

Do look at how many you want to fit or have fitted as a dedicated system with storage recorder which is installed by a Pro company may well be the better option.
