The code for this marriage between Campbell and Suddards 6 March 1915 shows as CJ.  On the South Tyneside indexes site this shows as St Mark.
As you have the date and venue it might be worth getting a scan of Church entry on microfilm which will be held at both the South Shields local studies called 'The Word' or Tyne and Wear Archives.
