That is exciting, Ian.
To recap -
1. We still don't know the identity of "Ole Olsen Aune" who was the father of Elen Petrine born in January 1856 in Vefsn.
2. We don't know the identity of Jacob Jacobsen who was the father of Henrik Zahl Jacobsen born 24th March 1843 to Ane Kjerstine.
3. We have yet to find the death record for Ane Kjerstine Eriksdatter. She is said to have died in 1911 at Granmoen, Vefsn, Nordland.
Any help will be much appreciated as always.

We have a "person of interest" on the linked document. Did 2. Ole Olsen die on 10th January 1858 or 1859? The year at the top of the page is unclear.
I have tried to follow chronologically by looking at the previous pages, but it's still not clear to me.

He died in 1859.
The left page (485) is a list of all male deaths, the right side (486) shows the females that passed away.
On the previous page (483) it ends with a person passing away at the end of the year 1858.
At the top of page 485 we start with male deaths of 1859.
Right page however still shows some female deaths of 1858. Confusing unless you know how this register was 'created'.

Added: look for the words Mandkjøn (males) and Qvindekjøn (females) in the first line.

AHA! Thank you Zefiro.
That fits better into a possible timeline for Ole, so good news.

After much research, we have decided on this information for Ole Olsen Aune:
born on 12th April 1833 and baptised on 21st May 1833 #43
https://media.digitalarkivet.no/view/16545/61
**
moved from Vefsn to Aune farm, Tjotta in 1849 aged 16
https://media.digitalarkivet.no/view/2579/281
**
died on 10th January 1859 #2
https://media.digitalarkivet.no/view/16580/92
**
property distribution - I need some help reading this
https://media.digitalarkivet.no/view/24929/9
**
Ole had three children with different partners, but apparently never married.
A lot to digest. I welcome feedback.

Yes. So Ellerine died in May 1859 and Ole Olsen Aune had already died in January 1859. I haven't been able to find anything about Ellerine's mother Lavina Larsdatter. They are mentioned in the property distribution for Ole (above link).
Ole was also the father of Ole Andreas Olsen born 12th August 1859 in Stamnes to Anne Margrethe Zahl Olsdatter.
We know that Ole was the father of Elen Petrine Olsdatter in 1856.
****
So Ole's parents were Ole Olsen Haugen and Karen Pedersdatter who may or may not have been married to each other. It would be great to identify them and their parents and then I'll be satisfied getting back to that generation.
