Doesn't help find James Worthy but he should be in that area where his mother lived, or his step dad

put him in the workhouse.

Noted Step dad is living at 10 Williams Street, Christ Church Surrey when he married 2nd time to Eliza Mason.

Yes looks like James could be in Workhouse by 1841 he would have been 8 or 9 .   
I wonder if on his marriage certificate he put his father down as James Worthy so as not to admit he was illegitimate?

Will try and look into all this further
