Sarah Ann Edwards - missing

Hi, Sarah Ann Edwards, born to Eliza Edwards at Hannington, Wiltshire in 1840 is with Edwards grandparents Henry and Sarah in the 1841 and 1851 census but is missing from that point onwards.  What happened to her?  Haven't found a marriage nor a burial nor in later census.  Some of her Edwards family stayed put, some scattered - London, Oxfordshire, Hillingdon and Somerset so this feels like a needle in a haystack but if someone with eagle eyes can help I'd be very grateful
