From the details on her baptism my guess is Emma is Thomas Lanham's daughter, but born before he and Ann married, hence the Goldspink surname

Ann Goldspink married Thomas Lanham 5 January 1834 at St Michael at Thorn. Per transcription NFHS

So with Emma' bap. 1832 the father is Thomas Lanham and not Goldspink.

I had found
Daniel Coates Lanham bap 23 June 1841 of Ann Lanham  widow at Lakenham
Fairfax Coates Lanham bap. 11 August 1839 at Lakenham of Ann Lanham widow this son died/buried 23 June 1842 age 2 St John De Sepulchre.

I'm assuming Ann and family must be in the Lakenham area in 1841, but no sign

There is a Fairfax Coates, gardener,  aged 33 in the village who one might suspect is connected to the two boys who appear a year and more after  Thomas Lanham was buried

Not part of the question but son Daniel Lanham Goldspink goes to New Jersey he marries Rose Colgan 4 April 1864 in Jersey City and gave his parents as Lanham and Ann Goldspink.
