Given Barbara died 6 Jun 1928 (https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/122801905/barbara-carlyon) I suspect it must’ve been childbirth related with her having the youngest only two weeks earlier.

With regard to Annie Carlyon Hancox I believe she married Albert Hall in 1939, appears in war register with him with dob 19.1.1920. She remarries Joseph Emmerson 1974.

This looks likely to be Annie Booth in 1901. Sister Mary Ellen Walsh married in 1907 to son of  Henry Carlyon. Also named Henry.

John Booth born July 1901, looks like he never knew his father.  It cannot be Henry Carlyon senior as still with wife in 1901 and not living Ashton were John states born in 1911. Also the age he gives in 1921.
