I think you have 1911 already with Mary Ann, Alice and Eric
If you look for Alice Spanner on 1881 and 1891 you should find her with Mary Ann.
They've both died before 1921
Now moving on to Esther and Lilian, you should be able to find them together in 1911. Esther's probably the easier name to search for as it's less common.
There's an advanced free search on 1921 on FindMyPast where you can specify searching for people living with a named person - that's how I confirmed Eric, Esther and Lilian were together.
From 1918 onwards you can find them together on electoral registers as they had gained the vote. Eric appears at the same address once he's 21.
On the 1939 register, on Ancestry, Eric is indexed as a separate household to Esther and Lilian, but if you look at the image you'll see they're together.
