Have you had a look at Ellen Keelan in the 1901 census, she is above James and Elizabeth?

Keeling, died at the same address as 1901 and was the relict of Michael Keeling, she was to be interred at Mere Knolls Cemetery
Michael died 1 Aug 1900 after an accident at work; same address
