Also another marriage in Chepstow 1876 to Elizabeth Jones so that could be the correct Elizabeth

All children from that date onwards including Ellen have mmn Jones. Gertrude who appears in 1901 census marries in 1921 and her father is Charles Charles "Engine Driver as per 1901 census.

1911 census records another grandson besides Jack. He is recorded as George aged aged 1. Turns out he is Idris George

There is on Anc* a record of this birth---Gwent, Wales, Workhouse Registers, 1833-1957 for Idris, George Charles  dob 27.05.1909--Mother Nellie of Trelleck (do not think Charles & Elizabeth had a daughter Nellie.)  Idris appears on 1921 census with Charles and Elizabeth and 1939 war register,
