Help On a Death Certificate please...

The Certificate is dated 5th April, the Burial was 7th April.  It looks like the date of death was 30th?  The cause of death I think (? the first word is Bronchitis.  But the rest....??  R.J. Lee MRCP is my guess for who certified it.  If anyone can help work out the rest? I would be very grateful.

Cause of death: Convulsions, Laryngismus stridulus, 2 months.
