Mitford/Norfolk/Mutford/Suffolk?

Can anyone tell me if Gorleston is in MITFORD NORFOLK or in MUTFORD SUFFOLK?
It seems to end up in Great Yarmouth but I would be pleased to hear from anyone who knows where it was and when?!
