Ireland help

Not sure if I am in the right place or not.

I am just wondering if there is any way of finding out when and how people travelled from Ireland to England.  I don't have any dates except before 1851.

Any advice would be great, I am just starting to search this line and don't know where to start.

Everyone travelled by boat. There were no timetables.
Records for the greater number of the journeys were not kept.

1933 The first regular passenger flight from Northern Ireland started. The route was Aldergrove to Glasgow. It was operated by Midland & Scottish Air Ferries.

1933-1934
Aldergrove became the first civil airport in Northern Ireland

1934
The first regular passenger service from Northern Ireland to London began at Nutts Corner, operated by Railway Air Services.

I will do that.

The problem is I don't know where they came from originally.    The names I have are Ryan and McMillan. 

That is as far as I have got.  But I will try and post on the Ireland requests.
