Toni, have you ruled out the christening of William Morgan, father Benjamin and mother Alicia, in Gloucester on 25 Sept 1808?
The couple also had a Mary (1803) and an Elizabeth (1805).

sorry, I missed your reply - i don't think Benjamin & Alicia are the right parents for William as he had sisters Sarah (1811) & Mary (1817) so the dates are out by quite a bit.
