Think this may be your family in 1901 :)
Rg13/4923/27/19

2 Dolphin Court Monmouth

George Leddington head age 32 mason born Monmouth

Eliza wife age 32 born Gloucester

William G son age 7

Agnes May dau age 4

Margaret Ann dau age 7mths?

Children all born Monmouth.

The only other Leddington in Monmouth was another George but he was born in 1841 and seemed a bit old for the father of a child born 1902 :)

Hi Don
The Leddingtons are well known in Monmouth, there was a boy in school about the same time as me, I can't remember his proper name, he was known as "Bidgey" as was his dad, my dad knew him well, so they may have gone to school together, my dad was born in 1915, and I think there was a Alfie Leddington, there are sure to be some still living in Monmouth. Cheers Fred

Hello Don

freebmd has 2 births for Thomas LEDDINGTON around this time - purchasing the cert would give you his parents names & father's occupation.

Births

Thomas LEDDINGTON
Monmouth Vol 11a  Page 33
Sep 1903

Thomas James LEDDINGTON
Monmouth Vol 11a  Page 34
Jun 1906

The former is closer to the date you have.  Do you know the names of any siblings, as this would also help narrow down the search?

kind regards, Arranroots  ;)
