Recived a copy of my GGG grandmothers marriage certificate,

Place of Birth: Kurncoon County of Tyrone Ireland.

Now i can not find this place on any map any suggestions?

Hiya Welsh Scotsman,

I think the placename is incorrectly spelt. Looking at the PRONI list of townlands of Co. Tyrone I feel the place
is one of those beginning with Carn... possibly Carnowen or Carncorran. Sorry I cannot offer more assistance. http://www.proni.gov.uk/geogindx/towntyro.htm
