Boyce,

Have you checked out the posts (and links) at the top of this Ireland General board?

There is much helpful information there.

Similarly the posts (and links) at the top of the Beginners Board.

Good luck,

JAP

Welcome Boyce:
Here is a link to Cyndi's List for beginners which might give you a few good ideas.   http://www.cyndislist.com/beginner.htm#Guides

As you move along, there are many here who will try to help so don't hesitate to pose any questions you may have. And, I am sure, you will be able to help some of us too.

Good luck,

Pat

Hi again Boyce,

A good one is Roy Stockdill's Newbie's Guide on Genuki at:
http://www.genuki.org.uk/gs/Newbie.html
And there's much there which we oldtimers could well remind ourselves about :)

As Pat says, we're all here ready and waiting to help - if we can ;D

Best of luck,

JAP

hi there,
if you find any of the Boyce relatives came to Wales let me know cos i have found a few in Swansea and then Rhondda Valleys of South Wales who were born as stated in Ireland on census forms in 1871 /1881.

i have a Boyce website which i put the Boyce info onto from several researchers in England ,Scotland and Wales .

I would be happy to post your info of Irish Boyce family history when you have a little bit there.
