1851 or 1861/Amy MATTHEWS/Crediton
« on: Saturday 14 August 04 22:39 BST (UK) »
Hi!
Would somebody kindly search either the 1851 or 1861 census of Devon for:
Amy Matthews (her name has been mistranscribed as Matthers and even Matthewey before!!), born about 1785 most likely in Zeal Monachorum, Crediton or Down St. Mary, Devon. If she is alive at this point in time, she would be living in one of the aforementioned villages.

Thank you!!

:)

She does not appear to be in the 1861 name index for Devon.
