Ages over 15 in 1841 were rounded down to the nearest 5 below, so 30 would have covered ages 30-34

I came across this completed lookup while looking for the birth of John Moakes, first husband of Hannah Fairey (1807-1854).  She later married George Cross in 1842 in Brampton.  John died in 1839, the same year as his son. also John, was born.  Alternative spelling Moaks, but there is a John Anderson Mouk on Family Search  born 1799 in Fenstanton, son of Thomas and Judith, who might fit the bill.  Can't see Thomas and Judith's marriage to find out if her maiden name was Anderson.  Any suggestions?

Since first replying to this topic I have been in touch with a descendant of Hannah, who gave me this information:

Hannah Fairy 1807-1854 born Ellington 23/11/1854 birth registered at Spaldwick Baptist Church. Hannah's parents were Baptists, so no christening record but exact date of birth recorded by Church.
Daughter of William Fairy 1776-1856 and first wife Mary Bassett c1780-1810

Married 1)  John Moakes 1826 Brampton 
Children:  Mary Ann 1828  William 1829  Thomas 1831-32  Elizabeth 1832  Sarah 1835  Jane 1837  Martha 1838-38  John 1839-1862
Married 2) George Cross 01/01/1842 Brampton
Children: Daniel Cross 1843  Peter Fairy Cross 1949-1892

Hannah was the sister of my ancestor John Fairy/Farey/Fairey/Feary, so they had the same parents.

Some of this information doesn't quite match information given earlier, but I have checked what I could.  Hope this  has helped.  My informant was descended from Peter Fairy Cross, who died in Camberwell district in 1892.
