Mc Cann family from Kilclare

looking for a Mc Cann family with connections with  a Rush family
Martin Rush married Bridget Mc Cann in 188i Kilclare Mayo.
they had two daughters Mary and Ellen and four sons John Michael James and Peter.
Bridget's parents Michael Mc Cann and Maria Talbot.
Is there any family ties of these names still in Mayo.

Do you have any further information regarding the Rush family? There were quite a few families in this village named Rush and McCann and its a process of elimination as to who they are. I am originally from the next village to Culclare and know of at least three McCann families from Culclare and about five Rush families from same village ( there are no McCanns left but there are two Rush families there).  There is one family whom my mother remembers an Ellen and a James in, but they were living up to the 1970's. If you had any further info prior to that e.g. 1940's I might be able to shorten the list.

I am looking for any descendants of Thomas McCann from Kilclare, Kilmovee who married Mary Higgins from Egool, Kilmovee in 1897 at Kilmovee RC Church, Mayo, Ireland.
Thomas McCann's father was Patrick McCann and Mary Higgins's father was James Higgins
I am trying to determine if Mary Higgins was my Grandfather James Higgins's sister. James went to Prescot, Lancashire, England prior to 1901 and married Mary Ellen Comer (nee Donnelly) in 1902 in Prescot.
