Hello Alf

My grandmother was Bertha Degg.  Details of her family tree can be found at
http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/%7Esprostonfamily/135.htm
Her parents were George Degg and Mary Ann McGraw.

There's an excellent website maintained by a relation of mine at
http://homepage.ntlworld.com/j.amison2/

which covers the Deggs, McGraws and Amisons.

My Deggs come from the Trentham/Stone area of Stoke-on-Trent.

All the best,

Susan

Hi Alf, I know this is an old board but I was having a trawl and came across it.  I have an interest in the Degg surname on my hubbie's side.  His grandfather married an Elizabeth Degg from the Burslem area of Stoke on Trent, Elizabeth had a sister called Gladys - any links to you?
