I have now found the parents names. Yes, married 1908 in Crickhowell

John Parsons Jennings born 1889 "Chesh Lalchford" (does this mean Lalchford, Cheshire?)

Thanks, that's marvellous. Looks like Thomas didn't move back to Wales (from Yorkshire or Oxford?) until after 1901 then (after Cowbridge in 1890's).
