Close Family?

I am looking for information on the wives of Charles Edwin Cottier born 1865.  Marriage 1: 1895,   His first wife was Emma Mary Quine born about 1866 in Peel, IOM. I believe her parents were Henry Quine (1826ish) and Marcia Watterson (1835ish)  Marriage 2: 1915, His second wife was Eleanor Anne Spence  born about 1876 in Peel IOM.  I believe her parents were William Spence and Eliza Watterson.  I am trying to find out if the two wives were related (cousins, etc) and any other information about their ancestry.  I have children for both marriages.

these are the parents of Noreen Cottier (died in Peel a few years ago) and very active in IoMFHS - parents of eleanor ann were William spence b. 4 apr 181, arbory + Eliza Watterson b peel 28 feb 1841, m 2 jan 1869 - I have prev gen as well - contact me
